The project was launched in May 2006 and was constructed to meet the needs of the expansion of the TDI products of Yinguang Group during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†period. The project has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection and high degree of automation. At present, the installation of large-scale and key equipment such as chlorine presses, hydrogen compressors, and liquefaction units required during the construction of the project has all been completed, and the installation of other auxiliary equipment has come to an end. At the same time, Santai Co., Ltd. actively coordinated with various equipment processing units to carry out pre-purging, pressure suppression, and stand-alone testing of equipment and pipelines with conditions, and conducted successive linkage tests on some equipment and pipelines that had been purged and pressurized. It lays the foundation for a successful production line.
It is reported that the second phase of the project - the ground treatment of the 120,000 tons per year PVC project has also been fully rolled out.
