Daqing Chemical Research Center undertakes the research and industrialization of polypropylene series new product production technologies. At present, the project has cumulatively produced 250,000 tons of pipe, biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), injection molding, and other special materials, and has achieved more than 36.72 million yuan more profit than T30S.
The project has developed special materials such as EP2D30P pipe special materials, high-speed BOPP special materials, transparent polypropylene special materials TX30G, and other products. The user proof of use, these special materials have excellent processing performance, good use of finished products, can be used for Pipe, film, injection molding, fiber and other product processing. Among them, EP2D30P, a special pipe material, adopts a self-developed compounding agent, which improves the anti-oxidation performance while maintaining the physical and mechanical properties of the resin. The appearance of the pipe produced is good. High-speed BOPP special materials use compound antioxidant system, which effectively solves the problem of high temperature oxidation and high-shear degradation. The produced film can effectively alleviate the supply and demand contradiction of domestic BOPP film special materials.
