The degree of protection system was drafted by the IEC. The full-color LED display is classified according to its dustproof, foreign object intrusion prevention, waterproof and moisture resistance. The foreign objects referred to here include tools, human fingers, etc., which are not accessible to the live parts of the lamp to avoid electric shock.
The IP protection level consists of two numbers. The first number indicates the level of dust and prevention of foreign objects entering the full-color LED display. The second number indicates the degree of moisture-tightness of the full-color LED display. The higher the number, the higher the level of protection. Dust rating (indicated by the first X), waterproof rating (indicated by the second X).
The first X indicates the meaning of the numeric code
0: no protection
1: Prevent large solid intrusion
2: Prevent medium-sized solids from invading
3: Prevent small solids from entering the intrusion
4: Prevent solid objects larger than 1mm from entering
5: Prevent harmful dust accumulation
6: Completely prevent dust from entering
The second X indicates the meaning of the digital code
0: no protection
1: Drops of water dripping into the casing have no effect
2: When the outer casing is tilted to 15 degrees, the drop of water drops into the outer casing has no effect.
3: Water or rain has no effect from the 60 degree corner to the outer casing
4: Liquid splashed from any direction to the shell without damage
5: Rinse with water without any damage
6: Can be used in the cabin environment
7: Resistant to water (1m) in a short time
8: Soaking water for a long time under a certain pressure
Example: There is a full-color LED display labeled IP65, which means that the product can completely prevent dust from entering and can be washed with water without any damage. The full-color LED display that our company usually makes is the screen of the title, and the protection level is IP65. It can be washed with rain water under a certain pressure, and it can work stably and continuously.
The rubber disc return idlers can eliminate the materials stick to the belt by durable rubber discs positioned at regular intervals along the roller. The sticky material is usually concentrated in the centre of the belt, which will destroy the belt and idlers gradually. But the rubber disc return rollers can break up the material on the return side of the belt, to protect the belt edges and conveyor rollers.
