Hefei Baofa's new LNG engine equipped with a full vehicle test successfully

The E71(6110)-LNG engine independently developed by Hefei Baofa Power Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the test of the 7-ton forklift truck of Anhui Forklift Co., Ltd., a well-known domestic forklift listed company in the forklift industry. This gas engine is mainly equipped with 5 to 10 tons of forklift trucks, filling the gap in the Chinese market of 5 to 10 tons forklift ignition engines.
E71(6110)-LNG is a joint development of Baofa and Xichai. It was developed on the basis of Xican 6110 diesel engine. It adopts ECU to control multi-point sequential injection single-cylinder ignition technology, with precise control, low fuel consumption, and engine. The performance parameters are not lower than that of the diesel engine of the same model. The control technology of the large-tonnage forklift ignition engine is the leading technology. This engine was successfully installed on the Heli brand forklift and enriched the product range of Baofa.
At present, Hefei Baofa is developing 4 to 7 tons of electric-injection gasoline engines for forklifts, which can meet the market for ignition engines of 4 to 7 ton forklifts and can be used in the applications of gasoline, natural gas, and liquefied gas forklifts. At this point, Baofa's engine products can meet the market of ignited engines for 1 to 10 tons of forklifts.
