High-speed precise laser floating machine is a kind of dedicated equipment that
heats the surface of solder paste instantly with semiconductor super laser to weld
components and parts.
The welding of this equipment is non-contact welding with small heating scope,
which therefore, in traditional soldering process, is mainly used to weld components
whichis unable to bear extrusion and has thermal device and some tiny bonding pad
around.Currently, it is mainly applied to weld voice coil motor (VCM), camera module
and micro coaxial cable and terminal.
