At present, preliminary work such as the environmental assessment and planning site selection for all projects of the plan has commenced. Among them, the feasibility study report for the first phase of 500,000 tons of 2 million tons of coal-based synthetic energy chemicals has been completed. The planning project has been included in Shanxi Province's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" special regional special industrial planning and "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" coal chemical industry development plan.
