Suspected bombing suspect in a tax branch of Changsha has been locked by the police and is currently at large

The reporter learned from a police officer who asked not to be named on the 31st that the suspected “July 30” bombing in Changsha has been locked and is currently at large.

The police officer said that the suspect was 51 years old and was from Hunan's Hengyang. He had a father with a young man named Peng at the Dongtundu Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Bureau of Furong District, Changsha. Pengmou’s father is the president of a bank in Shaodong, Hunan. On the afternoon of the 30th, the suspects took the bag containing explosives into the office building of the Taxation Branch of Dongtundu and observed the position of Pengmou outside the conference room on the third floor. Pengmou was sitting next to the wall near the entrance. Subsequently, the suspect placed explosives on the wall outside the conference room. After leaving, he remotely controlled the explosion with a remote control. Pengmou was killed on the spot. The suspect then fled from Changsha and turned off the mobile phone and Other contact tools.

Two levels of public security agencies in Hunan and Changsha are investigating the case.

At 16 o'clock in the afternoon on the 30th, an explosion occurred in the office of the third floor of the Dongtundu Taxation Bureau, Furong District, Changsha City. At present, 4 people were killed and 19 were injured. The exploded office on the third floor was severely damaged.
