In this exhibition, Guangxi Yuchai will exhibit five automotive diesel engines, which are YCS04, YCY24, YCK08, YCK11, YCK13 series engines, which are currently widely used in various types of passenger cars and trucks. It is worth noting that these five diesel engine models are all national six engines, and have been prepared for the national six regulations. Guangxi Yuchai plans to start mass production of various series of national six engines in 2019 to meet the needs of the commercial vehicle market.
Among them, YCK08, YCK11, YCK13 series engines, which belong to Yuchai K platform products, are medium and heavy-duty engines. The K platform technology originated from AVL and was developed by the original AVL team designed and developed by Mercedes-Benz DD13/DD15. This series of engines benefits from integrated and modular design, compact structure, more convenient maintenance, low speed torque, light weight, high efficiency and economy. In terms of B10 life, the K series engine has been greatly improved, and the medium-sized engine has reached One million kilometers, the heavy-duty engine reached 1.6 million kilometers, which shows that the reliability of this series of engines is very good.
