**Bhadla Solar Park:**
Situated in the Rajasthan desert, Bhadla is not a well-known location, yet it has been in global discussions since 2017 due to the establishment of this solar power plant. Covering 10,000 acres of barren land, this site has transformed into a solar energy hub. With a capacity of 2,255 megawatts, this plant not only provides livelihood opportunities to local communities but also strengthens India’s position in the global energy sector. **Pavagada Solar Park:**
Spanning 13,000 acres in Tumkur district of Karnataka, this solar plant has a capacity of 2,000 megawatts. Known as the Power House, it was constructed within two years without any land acquisition. Farmers in the region have leased their land for the project, earning INR 21,000 per acre. Karnataka, along with other states, is actively participating in renewable energy initiatives.
