In recent years, CNHTC's engine sales department has focused on services and has strengthened the technical engineers' direct training for technical service center personnel. In order to develop overseas markets, XCMG has also established a spare parts center overseas, put in a large number of engine parts and complete machines to ensure the timeliness of services, and has repeatedly assigned specialized maintenance engineers to the key markets in Brazil to help Xugong crane customers deal with difficulties. The good performance, superior fuel economy, and complete power coverage of Sinotruk's engines have left XCMG cranes an excellent reputation in markets such as Brazil, and have always been the preferred products for local municipal engineering construction. In addition to Brazil, XCMG products equipped with China National Heavy Duty Truck Engine are also favored by customers in China and other countries. So far, they have been exported to more than 10 countries including Southeast Asia, South America and Eastern Europe.
