The heat transmitted from the transmission medium to the pump cover and the bearing of the heat transfer oil pump is dissipated by the surface of the pump cover and the bearing seat, so that the temperature of the bearing seat can be adapted to the temperature of the shaft sealing performance. Therefore, when selecting the installation position of the heat transfer oil pump, the heat of the pump cover and the bearing seat should be easily diffused without any heat storage.

3. There are two ball bearings in the bearing seat. A ball bearing on the pump impeller side of the heat-conducting oil pump is lubricated with the transported heat-conducting oil. A ball bearing on the side of the coupling is lubricated with high-temperature grease: Each ball After the bearing has been in operation for 3,000 hours, it must be removed and cleaned with diesel oil. Check whether the contact surface is damaged. If it is damaged, it must be replaced with a new one. When the ball bearing on the impeller side is installed, the side with the dust cover shall be installed toward the impeller, and the heat-conductive oil shall be injected before starting the machine. For the ball bearing on the coupling side, use the calcium-based high-temperature grease (ZFG-4). When the bearing is reinstalled, the side with the dust cover must also be installed toward the impeller side, and be filled with grease (about 1). /2 ball bearing and housing space). 48 hours after the bearing is running, use a grease gun to inject additional grease into the pressure cup on the bearing cap.

4. Do not use the gate valve on the input pipe to adjust the flow to avoid cavitation.

5, the heat transfer oil pump should not be less than 30% of the continuous flow under the design flow, if it must be operated under this condition, it should be installed in the outlet bypass pipe, and make the flow above the above minimum value.

6. Always check the looseness of the anchor bolts, whether the pump casing temperature of the heat transfer oil pump is consistent with the inlet temperature, the fluctuation of the outlet pressure gauge, and the vibration of the pump.

7. Pay attention to the presence or absence of noise in the operation of the heat-conducting oil pump. If a normal state is found, it should be dealt with promptly.

8. Shutdown: Cut off the power supply. The fluid in the heat pump is vented, cleaned and the impeller should be rotated 180 degrees periodically to prevent shaft deformation until the oil pump is completely cooled.
