High Quality Coated Sand Production Line
Coated sand and sand roasting engineering part

The shakeout process of castings involves moving the cast parts and sand molds to an annular hanging cabinet at the vibrating crusher on the roasting line using a forklift. After cooling, the casting is placed into a storage box by a forklift. The sand mold is connected to a crane block via an iron chain, allowing it to be lifted and rotated horizontally manually. This method significantly reduces labor intensity and minimizes dust dispersion.

In the old sand roasting process, a spiral feeder is used to accurately and quantitatively feed sand into the roasting furnace. This ensures consistent material input and improves the overall efficiency of the roasting system.

2.2 Film-Coated Sand - Covered Work Part

The film coating process involves an automated system designed for sand-coating. It includes three sand bins positioned below the ports of the original sand hopper No.1 and iron sand hopper No.3, each equipped with a pneumatic switch to control the flow of materials. This setup allows for precise and efficient sand coating during production.

The cooling section follows the sand mixing process. After discharging from the mixer, the coated sand is first crushed by a vibration sieve and then enters the first cooling passage, where it is cooled through vibration. It then moves to the second cooling passage, where it is further cooled using a water-cooling roller before being transferred to a storage bin via a lifting machine. This multi-stage cooling ensures the quality and stability of the coated sand before it is ready for use.
