4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The vertical motor, equipped with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, serves as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotation track into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights allows for changes in the material's trajectory on the sieve.
