4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers on top and bottom, which acts as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, transferring this to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom weights changes the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
