According to statistics from the China Automotive Industry Association, domestic auto production and sales were 521,600 and 530,100 in January this year, down 7.15% and 14.60% respectively from the previous month, an increase of 28.24% and 44.62% year-on-year respectively, of which 396,600 were produced and sold by passenger cars and 41.89 10,000 vehicles
It was 3.99% and 8.08% lower than the previous month, an increase of 51.95% and 72.63% year-on-year; commercial vehicle production and sales were 13 million and 111.1 million, down 15.52% and 32.61% respectively from the previous month, down 12.76% and 10.27% year-on-year respectively. .
According to analysis, two major new features of domestic automobile production and sales in January this year:
First, the output was greater than the sales volume, and the production and sales rate continued to increase. Although the production and sales in January decreased compared with the previous month, the decline in sales volume was slightly higher than the output, and the production and sales ratio reached 101.63%.
The second is the higher growth rate of passenger vehicles, especially the growth of basic passenger cars (sedans). Compared with the same period of last year, all kinds of passenger cars showed rapid growth. This month, basic passenger cars produced and sold 278,400 units and 295,500 units, a decrease of 5.14% and 10.73% from the previous month, a year-on-year increase of 64.12% and 93.77%. The sales and sales of sports multi-function passenger vehicles produced 15,700 units and 14,800 units. Compared with the previous month, it decreased by 20.45% and 35.37%, a year-on-year increase of 39.40% and 22.64%; the production and sales of multi-purpose passenger vehicles were 13,200 units and 13 million units, and the output increased by 11.31% compared with the previous month. The sales volume decreased by 27.42% from the previous month, and it was a year-on-year increase. 18.43% and 87.40%; cross-type passenger car production and sales of 84,300 and 95,600 vehicles, an increase of 1.84% and 14.00% over the previous month, an increase of 28.36% and 34.37%.
