Nationwide Boiler Inc. is thrilled to announce the successful completion of its annual charity golf tournament, hosted at the legendary Pebble Beach Golf Links from May 8-9, 2024. The event was a resounding success, raising over $63,000 through sponsorships, donations, auctions, raffles, and games. These funds will be split evenly between two exceptional causes: the American Boiler Manufacturers Association (ABMA) Scholarship Fund, which supports the education and professional growth of future boiler industry experts, and Make-A-Wish® Greater Bay Area, an organization that grants life-changing wishes to critically ill children.

This event is a reflection of the strong bonds within our industry and community, and we’re proud to make a meaningful impact on these important causes.â€
The tournament drew 52 passionate golfers who began with a practice round at the nearby Poppy Hills Golf Course before moving to the championship rounds at Pebble Beach. Following the competition, approximately 100 guests attended a Hawaiian Luau-themed awards banquet, featuring a lively auction, raffle draws, and a sumptuous buffet dinner.
Geoff Wilkinson Jr. of G.T. Wilkinson Companies emerged victorious as the Low Gross Winner, demonstrating exceptional skill and fair play. Mitch Frank of HTS, Inc., claimed victory in the Handicap Division, while Matt Whittington of Hurst Boiler & Welding Company triumphed in the Callaway Division. Nationwide Boiler’s own Jack Valentine won the Closest to the Pin award, and for the very first time in the tournament’s history, the Longest Drive prize went to a female golfer, Emily Forth of Tulsa Heaters Midstream.
The energy and camaraderie among all participants made the event unforgettable. Nationwide Boiler sincerely thanks every sponsor, player, and attendee for their invaluable contributions. Your involvement played a crucial role in making this year’s tournament such a remarkable achievement.
