Three energy efficiency labeling technical specifications implemented in August this year

According to the introduction of the China Academy of Metrology, the “Determination of Energy Productivity Energy Labeling Metrology Inspection Rules”, “Household Air Conditioners Energy Efficiency Labelling Metrology Test Regulations” and “Household Electromagnetic Cookers Energy Efficiency Labelling Metrology Test Rules” were drafted by them. The three metrological technical specifications have been approved by the AQSIQ and will be implemented on August 1, 2010.

The series of rules stipulates energy efficiency labeling measurement requirements for energy-using products, measurement and testing procedures, measurement and testing methods, criteria for the assessment of measurement results, and test reports. It is applicable to the measurement supervision and arbitration testing of energy efficiency labels for energy-using products. . Units that produce energy-using products can also be tested with reference to this rule. The issuance of the three technical specifications can play a role in further standardizing the measurement and testing of energy efficiency labels and further standardizing energy-saving certifications, and will be conducive to the introduction of energy-efficiency labeling and measurement and testing specifications for other products.

According to the series of rules, in the future, when manufacturing companies perform energy efficiency labeling on related products, they need to accurately label energy efficiency indicators. The difference between the labeling value and the actual measurement results must not exceed the measurement uncertainty range specified in the rules.
