Application
The TYS series waste oil decoloration vacuum oil purifier machine is designed to efficiently remove gas, water, particulates, free carbon, and volatile substances (such as alcohol, gasoline, and ammonia gas) from used oils. This system enhances oil quality, restores color, viscosity, and flash point of the oil. It can be used for purification and decoloration of hydraulic oil, machinery oil, coolant oil, cooking oil, and coconut oil in various industries such as oil fields, mines, metallurgy, power generation, transportation, manufacturing, and food processing. The treated oil becomes clear, transparent, and regains its original properties. In some cases, it even meets the standards of new oil. The entire process involves purely physical treatment without breaking down the oil components.

Working Principle
During operation, contaminated oil enters the heater through the inlet under atmospheric vacuum suction. The heated oil then flows into the pre-filter to remove large particles. After that, it enters the vacuum separator, where a special divergence device increases the oil's surface area within a unit volume, allowing it to be exposed to a low humidity environment to remove water, air, and gases. The mixed gases, consisting of evaporated water and gases, are condensed into liquid form in the water tank and cooler. The liquid then flows into the water receiver, while remaining air is evacuated by vacuum. The oil without water is transported to the fine filter via an oil pump to remove suspended impurities and produce clean oil. The purification process may require several cycles depending on the moisture content of the oil. Finally, the purified oil is processed by the decoloring system to become new oil.
