Application
The TYS series waste oil decoloration vacuum oil purifier machine is designed to quickly remove gas, water, particulates, free carbon, and volatile substances (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia gas, etc.) from used oils. It enhances oil quality, restores color, viscosity, and flash point of the used oil. This system is suitable for treating hydraulic oil, machinery oil, coolant oil, cooking oil, coconut oil, and more in various industries such as oil fields, mines, metallurgy, power generation, transportation, manufacturing, and food processing. The treated oil becomes clear, transparent, and regains its original properties. In some cases, it can even meet the standards of new oil. The entire process uses physical treatment without breaking down the chemical components of the oil.

Working Principle
During operation, polluted oil enters the heater through the inlet under atmospheric vacuum suction. The heated oil then flows into the pre-filter to remove large particles. After that, it enters the vacuum separator, where it passes through a special diverter that increases the oil’s surface area within a given volume, exposing it to a low relative humidity environment to remove water, air, and other gases. The mixed gases, consisting of evaporated water and gases, condense into liquid form in the water tank and cooler. The liquid then flows into the water receiver, while the remaining air is evacuated by vacuum. The oil without water is transported to the fine filter via an oil drain pump to remove suspended impurities and produce clean oil. This process may require multiple cycles depending on the moisture content in the oil. Finally, the purified oil goes through the decoloring system to become new oil.

Oxygen generator
The air we breathe is about 21% oxygen. Oxygen for industrial use is generated by separating oxygen molecules from the other molecules within a clean, dry compressed air stream. Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a simple, reliable and cost-effective technology that enables continuous, high-capacity oxygen flow at the desired level of purity. Adsorption happens when atoms, ions or molecules from a substance (compressed air in this case) adhere to a surface of an adsorbent. PSA technology isolates oxygen molecules from other molecules (nitrogen, CO2, water vapor and trace gases) to leave high purity oxygen at the outlet of the generator. The process takes place in two separate pressure vessels (tower A and tower B), each filled with a carbon molecular sieve, that switch between a separation process and a regeneration process.
