Abstract: This paper introduces the power monitoring system of Beiqi Ruili Automobile 10KV power distribution project, and uses intelligent power meter to collect various electrical parameters and switching signals of the power distribution site. The system adopts the on-site local networking mode. After networking, it communicates through the fieldbus and travels to the background. Through the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system, the real-time monitoring and power management of the power distribution circuit of the substation is realized.

0 Preface

   With the continuous development of digital technology, more and more new and intelligent electrical equipment has flooded people's lives, but electromagnetic interference problems caused by various devices have also come along, such as voltage abrupt changes, frequency deviations, etc. Power quality problems such as unbalance and harmonic interference are becoming more and more serious. These problems not only reduce the overall efficiency of the equipment to a certain extent, but also affect the purity and stability of the entire power supply system. The problem to be solved.

Acrel-2000 is a power monitoring system that utilizes intelligent power monitoring devices, combined with fieldbus and Ethernet communication technologies, and uses computer and software technologies to form a comprehensive power monitoring system. The distributed network structure is used to realize the comprehensive management of the enterprise power distribution terminals, realizing the real-time monitoring and collection and analysis of power data for equipment such as high and low voltage systems.

1 Project overview and construction goals

   Beiqi Yunnan Ruili Automobile Co., Ltd. (“Beiqi Ruili Company”) was established on December 20, 2013. It was jointly invested by BAIC Group and Jingcheng Group to build a Beiqi Yunnan Automobile Industry Base with an annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles. Planning and construction of vehicle projects, parts and components, warehousing and logistics projects, and comprehensive supporting projects. The base is located on the side of Mang Man Passage, the first-class port of the country, Ruili Village Economic Development Zone. The project covers a total area of ​​nearly 2,000 acres and the total planned investment is 3.6 billion yuan. The project is planned once and implemented in phases. The first phase plans to have an annual production capacity of 50,000 vehicles. The products cover cross-car models such as micro-cards and micro-faces in line with the market demand of Southeast Asian countries such as Southwest China and Myanmar. The second phase plans to produce 100,000 passenger car production lines, parts and components, and logistics. Supporting facilities. After the foundation of the project was held on December 25, 2013, the implementation of the project was carried out in an orderly manner. It is expected that automotive products will be available by the end of 2015 and mass production will be realized in 2016.

   The project collects real-time data from the comprehensive protection in the 10KV power distribution cabinet in Beirui Ruili Automobile Power Distribution Room, and displays the status of the map and the voltage, current and power of each power circuit in real time through data processing. Customize the energy report for the electricity consumption of each circuit.

2 Design of power monitoring system

   In the design of the monitoring system, it is necessary to fully consider the actual needs of the customer, as well as the actual structure of the power system, the actual load capacity of the power system, etc., and then rationally select the monitoring equipment, which is beneficial to reduce the cost of the system operation, and also Conducive to the realization of system functions. The power monitoring system of the project can realize real-time monitoring of the 10KV power distribution circuit and realize remote monitoring and centralized management of the power grid operation. On the other hand, the power monitoring system also has the functions of network communication, etc., and can be combined with computers, serial servers and other devices to display the operation status of each power distribution circuit in the station in time. When the load of the power system in the station exceeds the standard, the power monitoring system Can quickly alarm and make voice prompts. In addition, the power monitoring system can also generate statistical information such as reports and graphs, which is convenient for the relevant personnel to analyze the power consumption status of each part of the station, so that the power usage activities in the station are safer, thereby ensuring the life safety of the station personnel and improving the station staff. Work efficiency.

2.1 System Structure

   The construction of Beiqi Ruili Automobile 10KV power monitoring system adopts a layered and distributed structure. The system includes: station control management layer, network communication layer and field equipment layer. The system network structure is as shown:

   The station controls the management personnel to directly interact with the computer for human-computer interaction, calculate, analyze and process all kinds of data information on the collected site, and reflect the operation status of the site in the form of graphics, digital display, sound, etc., which is the most Upper part. Mainly consists of system software and necessary hardware equipment, such as industrial grade computers, printers, UPS power supplies and so on.

   The device used by the communication layer is a serial server. This layer is a bridge for data information exchange. It is responsible for collecting, classifying and transmitting the data information returned by the field devices, and at the same time relaying various control commands of the host computer to the field devices.

The field device layer is mainly connected to various types of Acrylic PZ72L-E4/C instruments used for electrical parameter acquisition and measurement in the network, and is also a necessary basic component for constructing the power distribution system. The field is equipped with a positive electric energy meter to realize three-phase current, three-phase voltage, frequency, power, four-quadrant electric energy and other electrical parameter monitoring of the low-voltage circuit; and monitoring the closing state of each circuit breaker.

2.2 Network Design

   The network system in the power monitoring system can transmit data in time and quickly transmit operational commands, which is the basis for realizing various functions of the power monitoring system. Each device on the site is connected to the bus in situ, and then all the buses are connected to the serial server to realize the transmission with the host.

   The network design of this project is: design a data collection box in each power distribution room. The power meter is connected to the data collector in the data acquisition box through RS485 bus, converted into optical signal through photoelectric converter, and transmitted to the duty room through optical fiber. Then, through the photoelectric converter in the duty room, the monitoring host in the station control layer is connected.

2.3 monitoring system software function design

   The system is designed according to the actual needs of the customer, and realizes a main wiring diagram interface display; electrical parameter telemetry and electrical parameter over-limit alarm; event record; system operation abnormal monitoring; fault alarm and operation record; report query and printing; system load real-time Main functions such as history curve and user rights management.

2.3.1 Data collection and processing

   Data collection mainly includes analog quantity and digital quantity acquisition. The analog acquisition is mainly to collect the line voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and other information. The collection of the switch quantity is mainly to collect the alarm status of the circuit breaker, as well as the power failure protection and operation fault. Realize local real-time display of remote data. The data processing mainly displays the electric parameters collected as required in real time and accurately to the user, and achieves the automation requirements of the power distribution monitoring, and simultaneously stores the collected data into the database for the user to inquire.

2.3.2 Data report statistics

   The power monitoring system reflects the integrity of the measurement system with rich data reports. The system has the function of counting and counting the periodic meter reading of each loop. The user can freely query the power usage of each power distribution node in any time period since the normal operation of the system, that is, the statistical analysis of the power consumption of the incoming line of the node and the power consumption of each branch circuit. Report. This function makes the electricity use visible and transparent, and can be traced when the power consumption error is too large to maintain the correctness of the measurement system.

2.3.3 Current curve query

   The power monitoring system designs a load trend curve for the total incoming line of the distribution system (or the exit of the important load). It is convenient for distribution and maintenance personnel to keep abreast of the demand of power consumption and the load of power supply system to ensure the reliability of power supply and provide guarantee for the energy use rights of user units. With this function, it is also possible to analyze the growth trend of energy demand, adjust the demand declaration in a timely manner, and reduce the excess payment due to excessive deviation of demand. Secondly, the data recording function of the power monitoring system also includes recording of fault information, that is, recording and storing data such as real-time current and real-time voltage at the time of occurrence of the fault. The power monitoring system can monitor the voltage, current and power through the management personnel, so as to monitor the power distribution situation in real time, whether there is a short circuit or overload, etc., which is convenient for the staff to solve.

2.3.4 User Rights Management

   Power monitoring system For the safe and stable operation of the project system, user rights management can prevent unauthorized operations (such as power distribution circuit name modification). You can define login names, passwords, and operation rights for users of different levels, and provide reliable security for system operation and maintenance management.

3 Significance of building a power monitoring system

   With the development of society and the wide application of electric power, the power monitoring system has become an inevitable choice for large-scale multi-substation users such as key engineering projects and industrial enterprises across the country. The Acrel-2000 power monitoring system introduced in this paper is in Beiqi Ruili Automobile. The application can realize real-time monitoring and power management of the power supply of the 10KV power distribution circuit of the substation, not only can display the power consumption status of the circuit, but also has the network communication function, and can form a power monitoring system with the serial port server and the computer. The system realizes the analysis and processing of the collected data, displays the running status of each distribution circuit in the substation in real time, and has pop-up alarm dialog box and voice prompt for the closing and closing of the load, and generates various energy reports, analysis curves, Graphics, etc., facilitate remote meter reading and analysis and research of electrical energy. The system is safe, reliable and stable, and provides a reliable and reliable basis for the users of the substation to solve the problem of electricity consumption, and has achieved good economic benefits.
