Beginning on July 20 this year, Huang Weibing and Yu Xueteng, the large grain growers in Qianjiang District, dried the rice 9 furnace in the drying center of the factory, including 4 furnaces with a rated capacity of 15 tons, 1 furnace with 12 tons, and 4 furnaces with 10 tons. 92 tons of rice, total electricity consumption of 6128 degrees, 0.412.16 yuan per degree 0.72 yuan, an average of 47.96 yuan per ton, that is, 0.048 yuan per kg. The drying cost of the red rice drying center is similar. Compared with last year, the cost has dropped by 0.005 yuan per kg.
The drying time per furnace is reduced. After drying the dryer, the drying time of rice with the same water content was greatly shortened. According to the drying center of the factory, it was dried from 30% water content to 12.5%, and it took 22-24 hours. It is 5 hours less than last year.
The broken rice in the rice is falling. When the dried rice is sold to the grain station, the broken rice rate is within the qualified range because the drying time is reduced and the broken rice is reduced.
The quality of rice has improved. According to the technical staff of the Red Rice Specialized Grain Cooperative Rice Processing Factory, the rice that has been dried by the heat pump type grain dryer has a low broken rice rate after being processed into rice. The inlet air temperature of the heat pump dryer is lower than that of the hot blast stove, and the moisture in the wet valley is slowly lost, which has little effect on the rice quality.
