Since today, we are no longer satisfied with the measurement of temperature and humidity, especially the monitoring of some sites directly requires real-time recording of temperature and humidity changes throughout the process, and based on these changes, the safety of the storage and transportation process is determined, resulting in new temperature and humidity. Measuring instrument - the birth of temperature and humidity recorders.
    The temperature and humidity recorder measures the temperature and humidity parameters and stores them in the internal memory at predetermined time intervals. After the recording function is completed, it is connected to the PC, and the stored data is presented and used according to the values ​​by the adaptation software. , time for analysis of the instrument. With this instrument, it is possible to determine that there are no events that endanger the safety of the product during the storage and transportation process, the experimental process, and other related processes.
    The following takes the RTR-20 type temperature and humidity recorder produced by the Electrical Equipment Factory of Zhejiang University as an example to introduce the principle and application of the temperature and humidity recorder:
    Principle: The temperature and humidity recorder consists of three parts: measurement part, instrument body, and PC interface.

    Measurement part: temperature sensor and humidity sensor.

(1) Temperature sensor: The RTR-20 series temperature probe consists of NTC and pt1000 series. Different probes perform different functions:
NTC Universal Probes: Used for general purpose measurements, including room, laboratory, container space, etc., with an accuracy of ±0.5°C, size: 5mm in diameter, 25mm in length.
Pt1000-1 temperature sensor high temperature probe, up to 300 °C. For high temperature environments.
Pt1000-2 type high-precision temperature sensor probe, the highest accuracy can reach ± ​​0.2 °C, used in laboratories and other places requiring high precision. The size is 3mm in diameter and 30mm in length.

(2) Humidity sensor: The RTR-20 series humidity probes adopt Honeywell Wetness sensors imported from the United States. The accuracy is ±3%, even ±2%, and the measurement range is 0 to 100% RH. The size is 7-13mm in diameter and 17mm in length.

(3) Instrument body: RTR-20 type recorder, measured by the probe, the data is stored and transmitted to the PC, the storage capacity is 9890 sets of data (temperature, humidity, each 9890 points), the recording interval is 2S to 24h continuous Tuning: Adjusted by PC software, according to its set value to determine the recording time up to 26 years. The operating temperature of the recorder is limited by the battery, ie lithium batteries: -20 to 100 °C; alkaline batteries: -10 to 50 °C. Range and accuracy are determined by the probe.
