A few days ago, from the China Nuclear Industry Group’s Jianfeng Chemical Plant, it was reported that the 30,000 tons/year melamine plant designed and manufactured by Sichuan Bluestar Machinery Co., Ltd. was successfully tested and produced melamine at the end of November. This marked the success of China's first production process installation using melamine produced by the Italian-European technology company.
Jianfeng Chemical's melamine project has a total investment of 580 million yuan and the construction period lasted more than two years. The device is manufactured by the high-pressure process of the Italian-European company and designed and manufactured by Bluestar Machinery. The device has high requirements on material quality, and all 25-22-2 and 316Lmod stainless steel materials imported from abroad must be used. The decomposing tower heat exchanger, ammonia evaporator, high-pressure passivation air tank, and first-grade concentration heat exchanger must be installed. The complex processes of the stripper reboiler and the exhaust gas condenser are difficult to manufacture. Bluestar Machinery took advantage of the “Provincial Technology Center†platform to fully absorb and digest foreign advanced technology and overcome various difficulties. It delivered this batch of products on schedule in May 2007 and was recognized by customers.
After the operation of this device, the condition is stable, and the produced melamine is of good quality and high purity. The construction cost of the entire device is more than 50% lower than that of imported devices of the same type.
