Mineral processing plant engineer job responsibilities

1. Strictly abide by the â€œEmployee Handbookâ€ and various rules and regulations of the factory, obey the leadership arrangements, and complete the daily work and other work of the post;

2. Strengthen on-site inspection and supervision, and strictly follow the process flow to standardize employee operations;

3. Regularly review the process index data, analyze the state of the process technology, propose solutions, and issue process instructions;

4. Responsible for the management of mineral processing technology , and establish and improve the mineral processing archives, drawings and materials;

5. According to the change of ore properties and process indicators, effectively arrange the ore dressing test and apply the ore dressing test results to production;

6. Responsible for the management of process accidents and the analysis, processing and reporting of major accidents;

7. Prepare the process transformation and implementation plan. Formulate the technical transformation plan of the unit, organize the implementation of technical transformation content, sum up experience, and effectively reduce production and operation costs;

8. Handling, coordinating and resolving major hidden dangers in the process, striving to stabilize the process indicators, and ensuring the guarantee for the production and operation of the plant;

9. Formulate plans for steel balls and pharmaceutical materials, and organize acceptance;

10. Strengthen on-site inspections, and the on-site inspections should not be less than two hours a day, find problems, solve them in time, and never delay; if there is a failure, come up with a solution in time, and never push each other;

11. Establish the idea of â€‹â€‹â€œsafety firstâ€, implement the safety management system for plant selection, formulate and implement safety operation procedures, and prevent the occurrence of personal and equipment accidents;

12. Obey labor discipline, post discipline, and do things that are not related to work.
