Structure:
1. The Salt Spray and Salt Fog Corrosion Test Chamber cover is made of transparent materials so that the operator can observe the tested sample inside the chamber and the spraying situation.
2. A waterproof structure is used between the chamber cover and body to prevent salt spray overflow.
3. It adopts a tower spraying system with a salt solution filter and non-crystal nozzle for even salt spray distribution and adjustable settlement.
4. The entire PP & PVC solid mechanical structure resists hydrochloric acid, heat, and aging, suitable for salt fog copper acetate testing.
5. Patent nozzles and conical diffusion devices ensure rapid and even fog distribution. It offers manual or automatic control mode, with a maximum setting time of 9990 hours.
6. Equipped with an automatic demist device for clear observation after testing.
7. Three temperature control systems (saturated air, chamber, and test liquid temperatures) ensure consistent and standardized testing.
