Structure:
1. The chamber cover is made of transparent material for easy observation of the test samples and spraying process.
2. A waterproof structure between the cover and body prevents salt spray overflow.
3. Equipped with a tower spraying system, salt solution filter, and non-crystal nozzle for even distribution and adjustable settling.
4. Constructed from PP and PVC, it is resistant to hydrochloric acid, heat, and aging, suitable for various testing conditions.
5. Patent nozzles and conical diffusion devices ensure rapid and even fog distribution. It supports manual or automatic control modes, with a maximum setting time of 9990 hours.
6. Includes an automatic demist device for clear observation after testing.
7. Three temperature control systems (saturated air, internal chamber, and test liquid temperatures) ensure accurate and consistent test results.
Control System:
High precision P.I.D. temperature controller with an error margin of ±0.1°C.
