Third, preparation before decentralization

3, the bench work to do two special vehicles to put the cable, after the cable is dragged from the supply, the disk is placed on a specially prepared car, after the disk is finished with 12.5 wire rope, rope card fixed.

4. The tea-150 level electromechanical team electrician group is responsible for checking the signal communication device of the tea-changing main inclined shaft and ensuring its normality.

5, the tea-150 level transport team nail road group must first check the orbit of the main inclined shaft to ensure smooth and unimpeded.

6. Before decentralization, the electric locksmith must first check the main winch to confirm that the winch is normal; the winch driver is not allowed to leave the post, and the driver must follow the signal command.

Fourth, security technical measures:

1. All operators must carefully study this safety technical measure and strictly follow it.

2, the worker must strictly implement the coal mine "three rules", it is strictly prohibited illegal command, illegal operations.

3. In the process of decentralization, you must obey the unified command and strictly prohibit it. Before the deviated well is lowered, the person in charge of construction must arrange a special person to check whether the quality of the main inclined shaft is satisfactory. Otherwise, it should not be decentralized.

4. Before the cable and high-explosion switch are placed, it is necessary to carefully check whether the lifting safety protection of the traction winch is flexible and reliable. It is necessary to check whether the wire rope is intact, whether the required signal and communication device are unblocked, whether the switch, cable and flatbed are bundled firmly and reliably, and check Whether the quality of the flat transport truck can meet the requirements of decentralization, and the problem must be dealt with immediately. Otherwise, it is not allowed to drive down.

5. Before deporting from the main inclined shaft, the person in charge must contact the winch driver and the signal-linked worker before proceeding.

6. During the decentralization process, it is strictly forbidden to walk in the main inclined shaft; if the inclined well has the staff of the observation signal, it must be avoided in the squatting room when decentralizing. When there is a problem, it is necessary to check the parking before going out of the diverticulum. After the treatment, you must first hide in the squatting room and make sure that there is no one in the inclined shaft before you can drive.

7. All participating operators must wear protective equipment. If they need to carry a self-rescuer.

8. The operator shall unconditionally accept the safety supervision of the company and the mine safety supervision department during construction.

9. When decentralized, strictly implement the lifting signal regulations, the winch driver and the signal worker shall not operate in violation of regulations, the signal is one stop; the second; the fifth release; the fourth, the slow train.

10. When the car is lowered, the speed of the winch will not exceed 5 gears.

11. For unfinished matters, construction must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines”.
