A reasonable amount, as a general trade import, shall be taxed and released on the basis of the approval of the Chinese PBOC; the silver produced by processing trade shall be returned to the export in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, such as domestic sales, which are regarded as general trade imports; Foreign " three-capital " enterprises need to import silver from overseas or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions (which are processed according to the above provisions) and all departments and units accept foreign donations of silver, all of which must be reported to the Chinese People's Bank for approval; general trade imports of silver and If the silver produced by the processing trade is converted into domestic sales, it must apply to the local branch of the China People's Bank for preliminary examination. After approval by the head office, it will issue a “Silver Import Permitâ€, and the customs certificate will be checked and released; without permission, the silver or silver will be imported without approval. If there are other violations of customs regulations or smuggling in the country, the customs shall follow the sea. Referred to above "Silver" refers to silver, gold plating is not included, platinum-plated silver, silver alloy, and does not include other metallic material to a bottom end of a silver or silver-coated article.
