Product Introduction   JYWQ auto-stirring sewage submersible pump / drainage pump (hereinafter as pump) is composed of motor, mechanical seal, pump, and stirring structure. The pump features a coaxial integrated design, manufactured by absorbing advanced domestic and foreign technologies. Thanks to its auto-stirring function, the sewage discharge can be pumped smoothly. At the bottom of the pump chassis, there is a suction water device that works at high speed with the motor to push the water out of the pump while washing the pond bottom at speeds of 10-20m/s.
Main Application
  This type of pumps is widely used in factories, commercial areas, municipal sewage treatment, hospitals, hotels, drainage systems, water supply installations, construction sites, mining, agricultural irrigation, and for handling domestic wastewater, feces, urine, short fibers, and sand.
Work Condition
   The pump can operate properly and continuously under the following conditions:
1. The medium should not be corrosive, with a maximum sand content of 20% by volume.
2. The medium temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the pH should be between 4 and 10.
3. The pump should be operated within its rated head.
4. The pump must be fully submerged in water with a depth of less than 3 meters, up to a maximum of 5 meters. It should be at least 0.5 meters above the water bottom and not inserted into sludge.
5. The power frequency should be 50Hz, three-phase voltage 380V, and the voltage fluctuation should be between 0.9 and 1.1 times the rated value.
