Introduction
   This circular rotary vibrating screen is a high precision sieve filter machine that uses a vertical vibration motor as its source of vibration. It is widely used in industries requiring the sieving and filtering of powders, particles, and liquids, such as milk powder, flour, soybean powder, medicine powder, cosmetics, quicklime, juice, salt, sugar, and sewage.
Principle
   This circular vibrating screen uses a horizontal vibration motor or a special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have eccentric blocks on both their upper and lower sides. By adjusting the phase angles of these blocks, the movement path of the material on the screen can be changed to achieve optimal screening performance.

4. The screen frame is specially designed for quick screen changes (5-10 minutes). The stainless steel wire mesh is easy to clean and durable.

6. The discharge outlet can rotate 360 degrees, facilitating the installation of matching equipment.
7. The energy consumption is low, and noise levels can reach as low as 73-80 dB.
8. In case of short circuits, phase loss, or unstable voltage, the motor automatically cuts off power to prevent damage.
9. The motor’s protection rating meets IP65, making it dustproof, waterproof, heat-resistant, and oil-resistant.
