INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) The design and production
Innovative, secure, and quick, our quick connect fittings made of synthetic materials are suitable for most media-carrying lines. Whether it's fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, or air carrying lines, we offer the ideal means of connection. These quick connectors are specially suited to being matched with automotive pipe systems.
The design and production of quick connectors strictly adhere to SAE J2044-2009, which specifies the requirements for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product does not meet customer needs, we can design and manufacture according to their specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure enables faster and easier connection and disconnection. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides. These features ensure that quick connectors can be densely arranged, increasing customer design flexibility.
2) Security of quick connector
Quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, mainly for fluid physics and chemistry, custom, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. Corresponding space on the two sealing rings prevents rubber substrate bonding. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings increase mechanical properties and prevent air aging. Sealing rings and spacer rings are securely fastened in the shell via an elastic clamping device, ensuring no issues such as ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

5) Connect & disconnect operation method of quick connector
Quick connectors are made up of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece inserts the connector, as the locking spring has certain elasticity, the tie clip fastener connects the two connectors together, and then pull back to ensure complete connection. Repair or removal of the quick connector differs. First, advance push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note, SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
