INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) The Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. Made from synthetic materials, they are suitable for most fluid-carrying lines, whether it's fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, or air systems. These connectors offer an ideal connection solution, specifically tailored to automotive piping systems. The design and production strictly adhere to SAE J2044-2009 standards for liquid fuel and vapor or emission systems. If the product doesn't meet customer requirements, we can customize it based on specific needs. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, enabling high-density arrangements and enhancing customer design flexibility.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, which are resistant to the physical and chemical properties of fluids, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that there is no bonding between the two sealing rings, and synthetic rubber O-rings are used to improve mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

4) Working Environment of Quick Connector
These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. After pushing the clip fastener, you can pull back to ensure a complete connection. For repair or removal, push the male connector forward and press the clip button to unlock, allowing easy disconnection. Note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
