The project is located in Xi’an. The project has a planned land area of ​​43795m2 and a total construction area of ​​160710m2. The proposed project consists of a land parcel and a land parcel in two parts, of which a total construction area of ​​153,998 m2 and a total construction area of ​​6,712 m2. The total floor area on the ground is 134,953 square meters, of which the residential building area is 107,511 square meters, which can accommodate 1024 households; the total commercial building area is 27,242 square meters; and the public construction supporting building area is 200 square meters. Underground building area is 25,757 square meters. The total investment of the project is 270 million yuan.
