AVR - 10 (16) is a two-stage straight rotary vane vacuum pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump). The pump is mainly composed of a drive motor and a pump body. These components are directly coupled using an elastic coupling, allowing for smooth operation and reduced vibration. A fan is mounted on the shaft coupling, which helps cool the system by circulating air around the coupling and pump body, even under extreme conditions. Combined with the fins on the pump body, this design makes full use of both air and oil cooling to ensure effective heat dissipation. All bearings inside the oil pump are lubricated with sliding bearings. The pump body is sealed using O-rings and all parts are connected without the need for locating pins, making it easy to remove and maintain without special tools.
