Based on the benchmark price, for every 500 yuan/ton increase in oil price, the road bus passenger transportation will add a fuel surcharge of 0.006 yuan/person/km; on the contrary, the fuel surcharge will be reduced accordingly.
According to the "Notice on the Standards for Fuel Passenger Surcharges for Road Passengers in Our Province" issued by the Hebei Provincial Price Bureau, according to the maximum retail price of No. 0 diesel in our province after the adjustment on March 20, 2012, the road passenger fuel surcharge is calculated. The fee standard is 0.036 yuan / person / km.
