Zhang Lingping said that during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period, Jinchang will continue to increase the level of comprehensive utilization of resources and focus on the implementation of comprehensive utilization of million tons of nickel spoils, one-million tons of copper slag, tailings re-election, and other solid waste utilization projects to build national cities.
