1. The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) via nitriding process, offering high strength and wear resistance. It has excellent self-cleaning ability, eliminating the need to clean the barrel or screw when changing materials. Segmental screws allow for flexibility with various materials and production processes, making it easier to change and reducing replacement costs.
2. Speed-adjustable converters are used in feeding, extrusion, and cutting systems, allowing for speed adjustment with powerful drives, stable operation, and low energy consumption.
3. An automatic lubrication system in the gear box reduces power consumption and extends the lifespan of the equipment.
4. A radiator is added to the driving part for forced cooling, ensuring safe operation of the extruder.
5. The barrel features water-cooled circulation, enabling use with various raw materials including corn/rice and wheat flour/starch with high viscosity. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratios allow for whole-expanded and half-expanded products.
6. Hanging molds and knife steats increase the speed of mold and knife replacement.
