1. The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) using nitriding process, offering high strength and wear resistance. It has good self-cleaning ability, eliminating the need for cleaning when changing materials. Segmental screws allow for multiple material types and production, making it easy to replace and reducing costs.
2. It uses speed-adjusted converters in feeding, extrusion, and cutting systems, allowing for smooth operation, stable performance, and energy savings.
3. An automatic lubrication system in the gearbox reduces power consumption and extends the lifespan.
4. A radiator is added to the drive part for forced cooling, ensuring safe operation of the extruder.
5. The barrel features water-cooled circulation, suitable for both corn/rice and high-viscosity wheat flour/starch. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratios allow for full expansion or semi-expansion products.
6. Hanging molds and knives increase the speed of mold and knife replacement.
