The use of hydraulic press should be carefully guarded against

At present, there are various hydraulic oil products on the market, and most of the hydraulic oil base oils do not contain sticky finger formulations. The service life of these products is often greatly affected. The base oil with antioxidant capacity determines the antioxidant capacity of the new hydraulic oil.

Single-column hydraulic presses have low rotational speeds and large moments of inertia. The single-column hydraulic press uses a high-speed hydraulic motor to drive the load through a reduction gear. The characteristic is that a deceleration mechanism should be set between the motor and the load, so that the inertia moment from the load equivalent to the output shaft of the motor is greatly reduced, which is a common transmission device for reducing the moment of inertia of the motor.

The operating conditions of a single column hydraulic motor alternate between forward load and pure load.

First, the overflow valve is a hydraulic device that controls the pressure of the hydraulic press. It plays an important role in the hydraulic system. Once the overflow valve is abnormal, it will cause the machine to not operate normally, which will affect the production.

Let's take a look at how the hydraulic press manufacturer overhauls the relief valve.

1. Check whether the orifice of the main valve plug is blocked. If it is blocked, it will cause no pressure failure of the valve. During the cleaning process, special care must be taken not to change the diameter of the orifice, or to change the operating characteristics of the valve.

2. Find out if the main spool spring breaks or falls off. If so, replace it.

3. Reassemble the overflow valve and start the hydraulic pump. If the pressure gauge reads normally, one of the cylinders may be in operation.

Second, when choosing a general hydraulic press for squeeze casting production, pay attention to the following points:

1. To use the worktable surface fixed, the hydraulic cylinder driven by the hydraulic cylinder to press the hydraulic press. The "upward-moving hydraulic press" that is pressed on the worktable is not very suitable.

2. The upper beam must have a high idle speed. China's general-purpose hydraulic presses, in addition to the individual no-load speed exceeds 100mm/s, generally only about 50mm/s, which is not suitable for squeeze casting thin-walled parts or small castings.

3. It is better to have a hydraulic cylinder type pushing mechanism below the table. At present, there are two forms of the hydraulic press pushing mechanism produced in China. One is to set the hydraulic cylinder separately, and the other is to drive the pull rod top material by the upper piston beam.
