A few days ago, the "Technology Experts Demonstration on the Development of 3.0 MW Offshore Wind Power Equipment with Independent Intellectual Property Rights" was held at Tianwei Baochang Electric Co., Ltd. At the meeting, experts fully affirmed the development concept and technical proposal of the 3 MW offshore wind turbine proposed by Tianwei Change.
It is understood that the “3.0 MW offshore wind power equipment research and development with independent intellectual property rights†project is a national science and technology support program launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Tianwei Baochang is one of the main undertaking units of the project. The project was implemented in September 2007. Its implementation will break the monopoly of a few foreign companies, realize the localization of wind power equipment, and reduce the price of wind power equipment.
