2. The secondary oxidation process utilizes plug flow biological contact oxidation, which improves treatment efficiency compared to traditional methods. It features smaller size, better adaptability, and stable effluent quality with no sludge bulking. New elastic fillers enhance biofilm growth, increasing organic removal rates and oxygen solubility in water.
3. The biochemical pond employs a biological contact oxidation process, reducing sludge production significantly. Sludge removal is required only once every 3 months, minimizing operational effort.
4. The system includes odor control measures such as air exhaust and soil-based deodorization, ensuring a clean environment.
