Product OverviewAs the economy and population grow, environmental concerns have become more prominent. Our company has developed a complete set of buried organic sewage treatment equipment based on extensive operational experience from domestic and international sewage treatment systems, combined with our own research and engineering practices. We use advanced technologies and manufacturing methods from around the world to produce LHC series sewage treatment equipment using glass fiber reinforced plastics and stainless steel as primary materials. This system is designed to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater to meet the required emission standards. It is primarily used for treating sewage in residential areas (including villa districts), high-end hotels, hospitals, highway service stations, office buildings, and public facilities. The treated effluent meets national discharge standards. The entire system can be buried underground, hence it is also known as a buried domestic sewage treatment unit.
The buried domestic sewage treatment system is manufactured using internationally advanced biological treatment processes. It effectively removes BOD5, COD, and NH3-N, offering stable performance, efficient treatment, lower investment, less land use, and easy maintenance. Our company also offers reclaimed water reuse systems as optional add-ons based on client requirements.
Product Features
1. The system is buried underground, allowing the surface to be used for landscaping or other purposes without the need for additional structures or heating systems.
2. Plug flow biological contact oxidation is used for the secondary process, providing better treatment efficiency compared to complete mixing and two-stage serial complete mixing systems. It has a smaller footprint, better adaptability to varying water quality, strong resistance to load fluctuations, and stable effluent quality without sludge bulking. New elastic solid fillers are used, increasing the specific surface area, making biofilm cultivation and microbial attachment easier, thus improving the removal rate of organics under similar organic loads and enhancing oxygen solubility in water.
3. The biochemical pond uses the biological contact oxidation process with lower filler volume load, placing microorganisms in the self-oxidation phase, resulting in less sludge production. Sludge removal (via sludge truck or dewatering) is required once every three months or longer.
4. The system includes deodorization features using conventional air exhaust and soil-based odor control measures.
5. The system is equipped with a fully automatic electric control system and an equipment failure alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation with only regular maintenance needed, eliminating the need for daily supervision.
