Mr. Zhu introduced that his famous car was purchased at the Hyundai Henan Hengye 4S store on September 10 this year, and the model is 1.8L automatic distinguished version. On October 6th, after driving for 200 kilometers on the Daguang Expressway, he found that the car's power was declining and accompanied by abnormal noise. Mr. Zhu said that after the car was driven to the destination in Zhengzhou with the power drop, the car was towed to the 4S shop of the car the next day. Mr. Zhu said that after inspection, the 4S shop thought that its vehicle was damaged due to the addition of unqualified fuel. The 4S shop recommended that it replace the three-way catalytic, purifier and gasoline pump components, and calculate the working hours totaling more than 10,000 yuan. Mr. Zhu said that the 4S shop said that the failure was caused by human factors, so the maintenance cost of more than 10,000 yuan was borne by Mr. Zhu himself.
Mr. Zhu said that PetroChina internally tested the sample of its refueling batch number at that time and the result was completely qualified. Subsequently, PetroChina sent the sample to the quality supervision department, and the test results were also qualified, but the 4S shop refused to admit it.
The manager of Beijing Modern Henan Hengye 4S shop responsible for Mr. Zhu's vehicle maintenance told the reporter of Zhongxin.com that the vehicle quality of Mr. Zhu has been ruled out to eliminate the quality of the vehicle itself. After dismantling the car, it was found that the oil circuit system such as spark plug and three-way catalysis was covered by white powder, and the three-way catalysis was completely blocked, and the white powder was not present at these positions in normal vehicles.
