Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute has successively tackled the technical difficulties of large size, complex structure, and high material performance requirements for wind power sealed products. Recently, it introduced wind power equipment sealing products and achieved mass production.
The 2.00MW and 1.5MW wind power equipment seals developed and produced in cooperation with Beijing Beizhong Turbine & Motor Co., Ltd. have completely replaced imported products and their performance has reached the world's advanced level. The institute cooperated with Shenhua Guohua (Hebei) New Energy Co., Ltd. and successfully developed a series of seals and applied them to 1.25MW wind turbines produced by General Electric of the United States. It is currently in good condition. In addition, the hospital also carried out the matching work of high-pressure hydraulic hoses for wind turbines, gradually realized the systematic production of fan seal products, and improved the localization level of wind power equipment in China.

After the project is completed, the maintenance cost of the wind turbine can be greatly reduced, and the equipment, materials and labor costs required for disassembling the blower due to the replacement of the seal can be avoided.
