Description:

The SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder is designed for high efficiency and versatility. It offers features like forced extrusion, excellent quality, long service life, low shear speed, and effective compounding and plasticization. This model is ideal for processing powder materials directly and is suitable for a wide range of applications.

The extruder comes equipped with an AC motor, automatic temperature controller, and vacuum degassing system. It is widely used in the production of plastic pipes, sheets, profiles, and more.

  3. Screw and barrel made from 38CrMoAlA steel, nitrogen-treated for enhanced performance
