Description:

The SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder offers several advantages such as efficient extrusion, high-quality output, wide adaptability, long service life, low shear speed, resistance to decomposition, excellent compounding and plasticization, and the ability to shape powder materials directly.

This extruder is equipped with an AC motor, automatic temperature controller, and vacuum exhaust system. It is ideal for producing plastic pipes, sheets, profiles, and more.

Features:

  1. Frequency conversion timing control

  2. Hard-toothed gearbox

  3. Screw and barrel made of 38CrMoAlA steel, nitrogen-treated, specifically designed for rigid PVC profiles

  4. Screw uses frequency conversion timing; inverter is from ABB

  5. Cast aluminum heating coil, barrel with fan cooling

  6. Vacuum degassing system

  7. Fixed quantity feeding device with frequency conversion timing, ABB inverter

  8. Stainless steel hopper with side glass and cover

  9. Confluence chip (chrome-plated inside) installed on the extruder head, pressure sensor included

  10. Electric control cabinet: Contactors from Siemens, temperature controllers from RKC (8 units), inverters from ABB, digital ammeter and voltmeter, electrical outlet.
