Working Flow
Belt conveyor → Compression barrel (agglomerator) → Efficient extruder → Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer → Water ring cutting pelletizing → Vibration machine → Dewatering machine → Blower → Storage hopper → Electric control panel
1. Belt conveyor feeding: standard design allows plastic scraps such as film, bag, filament, raffia to be conveyed into the compacting barrel. Optional roll hauling device can be used for processing rolls' scraps. Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device work with ABB inverter, ensuring automatic feeding speed based on compactor's barrel space. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, interlocking with control system to prevent metal from entering the screw.
2. Compression barrel: crushes and compacts material, using high-speed blades to heat and shrink scraps just below their agglomeration point. The guide structure directs the material into the extruder screw, enabling fast and stable feeding.
3. Extruder: specialized single screw extruder melts pre-compacted material. First stage extruder melts and second stage extruder extrudes it. Double-zone vacuum degassing system removes volatiles, especially suitable for heavy printed films and materials with moisture content.
4. Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer: double-stage filtering reduces frequency of sieve changes, depending on input material quality and granule use.
5. Cutting pelletizing: die-face water ring system ensures best granulate quality. Self-adjusting head and consistent blade pressure ensure long running. Rotating speed of blades is automatically adjusted based on extruding pressure. Advanced dewatering and vibration sieve provide high-performance dried pellets.
