The National Development and Reform Commission recently released the No. 9 Announcement of 2008, repealing 436 industry standards. Among these repealed standards, there are 63 items in the category of petroleum and chemical industries. Among them, there are 3 chemical industry standards, 2 petrochemical industry standards, and 58 oil and natural gas industry standards. This is the decision made by the National Development and Reform Commission in accordance with the "Implementation Regulations of the Standardization Law" after the organization has reviewed the industry standards that have been implemented for more than five years.
