Cause the pump power is too large reason:
(1) pump speed is too high:
(2) the proportion of liquid transport more than the original design value,
(3) large liquid viscosity;
(4) pump impeller size is too large;
(5) The resistance of the piping system exceeds or falls short of the predetermined value;
(6) pump head is too low, the flow is too large,
(7) rotor parts and stator parts have friction:
(8) bearing wear or damage;
(9) mechanical seal sealing seat pressure is too large,
(10) outlet pipe rupture;
(11) pump shaft bending;
(12) uneven thermal expansion of different parts in the pump;
(13) dynamometer is not allowed;
(14) Pump balance does not work.
