Keke Petrochemical Company is a refinery company with 38 sets of main units and an annual processing capacity of 5 million tons. The task of energy saving and emission reduction is more onerous. Keke Petrochemical Co., Ltd. started with the control of pollutant emissions and formulated the "Wastewater Emission Management Procedure", "Exhaust Emission Management Procedure", "Dregs Waste Management Procedure", "Key Wastewater Pollutant Emission Management Regulations", and "Land Storage and Disposal Management Regulations, etc., clarify the responsibilities of various management departments. On this basis, Keke Petrochemical strictly implemented the "three wastes" emission declaration system and effectively controlled the generation and discharge of waste. In order to strengthen the management of energy-saving and emission reduction sites, Keke Petrochemical Company organized a person to conduct on-site energy-saving inspections every day. It was required to inspect every unit of the company on a daily basis. If the phenomenon of running, running, dripping, or leaking was found, photographs were taken as an assessment basis and periodically. The company's office network announced inspections and requested the relevant departments to rectify the problems according to the issued rectification notices, and then re-inspection and assessment to eliminate running, running, dripping and leaking.
Keke Petrochemical used DCS data acquisition system to develop a thermal efficiency management system for heating furnaces. The system can effectively reduce the waste of fuel while ensuring that the heating furnace and the thermoelectric boiler are operating in an optimal state, and automatically calculate the thermal efficiency, and guide the employees to adjust the operation of the heating furnace.
In recent years, Petrochemical Company has invested 171 million yuan in the construction of a sewage treatment plant and an advanced treatment and reuse device for sewage, which has effectively promoted energy conservation and emission reduction.
